Go to ‘History’ choose ‘HbA1c Reading’ locate reading, then ‘tap and hold (long press)’ on the item a menu will be displayed for ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’, select ‘Edit’ make changes then tap on the ‘Check’ to save the change (or ‘back’ arrow top left to cancel editing)
